Adrienne, Q & I are the founders of Winning Strategies: Fatherhood, The Courts & Custody. We started WS: FCC based of off my mistreatment by a former Family Court Magistrate. I wrote my Exception, in family court before a Magistrate it’s called an Exception, because she fabricated her findings. When I noticed what she did I did what I wasn’t willing to pay someone to do, that experience was enough inspiration for me to help fathers. My mother said to me one time, “My generation did not do a good job at helping to prepare your generation for today”, so that said that I must help fathers today deal with the bias and unfairness of the family court.

Alyscia Smith has  been in the Human Services field for over 20 years.  She has chosen to be a board member on Winning Strategies board because She believe fathers should have just as many rights as mothers and that is not always the case.  "My hope is that Winning strategies will have a stronger voice throughout the community and reach young fathers because unfortunately there are young men becoming fathers when them themselves have not been properly fathered."
